I have a 30-day subscription on dynamiccollapse.store, and I noticed something that I’m curious about.
Some subscription posts can be downloaded or even screen-recorded without any issues. However, other subscription posts on the same website can’t be downloaded at all, and even screen recording is blocked.
Since they’re all hosted on the same platform, I’m wondering how this is possible from a technical perspective.
Can DRM or other protection methods be enabled on a per-video or per-creator basis? Or is it more likely that different streaming methods or players are being used?
I’m not looking for ways to bypass the protection—I just want to understand why videos on the same website can have completely different levels of protection.
