Why does the non-paged pool reaches 6 GB after boot due to “Acrl” tag on Windows 11?

After restarting my Windows 11 PC, the non-paged pool goes up to around around 6 GB even without me having done anything, task manager screenshot:

Running PoolMon shows that the vast majority of this usage comes from the Acrl tag:

poolmon.exe

Is this a memory leak? What is causing this? I am having a hard time understanding what application is causing this, since Acrl seems to be some sort of driver… but which application is using this driver?
