Why can’t I see the filesystem from Linux on new formatted 16 TB SSDs?

I have recently purchased three 16TB SSDs. They appear to be formatted with extFS. I can see the SSD in Windows. Surprisingly, I cannot see them in Linux, which is my goto with disk problems. Any help would be appreciated. Since they are intended as presents, they need to be usable in Windows 11.

Googling allegedly gives solutions, but none of them see the SSD or it just ignores everything I try.
