No modifications have been made so I suspect malware has caused this.

I have had a continuous email exchange with Gigabyte for several days but I have not had a solution suggested so can anybody help me?
I have tried all the usual tricks with CMOS reset/battery removal/memory swapping/no storage devices/USB booot with Hirens etc/attempted flash drive boot with Gigabyte tool (Efiflash).
