Windows 10 BitLocker Encryption

I have been trying to gain access to a client’s computer. He gave the company that he worked for access to it for whatever reason and they messed with the entire computer when he quit. There was no company data on it and he is trying to file a lawsuit.

This computer, Lenovo Yoga 260 (i5-6300U), has an encrypted Windows 10 drive (BitLocker is making my job extremely difficult) and my client needs access to it. He does not know the 48-digit encryption key nor does he know what they changed his passwords to. I have tried to use USB tools (Hiren’s Boot CD to name one) and I can’t access it to change his password. Is there a way around BitLocker, can I bypass it somehow, is there any way to decrypt the drive, or is there nothing else that I can do?
