I was using one local user with passwordless login in windows 10. I tried adding my Microsoft account and tried signing in but it took some time and stuck at “Just a Moment” screen while setting my PIN. It took more time so I restarted the computer but now I am not able to get any password and after clicking on sign in option which is mentioned in the attached image nothing is appearing. I tried booting the windows in safe mode but I am having same response from windows. Please let me know how can I proceed further and login to windows. Any comments are much appreciated. I have cropped the login picture and user for safety purpose.
