I want my computer to look like a Windows 95/98 machine, and one of the things I’d like to do is installing a Windows 95/98 theme that is on the Google Web Store, but this theme hasn’t been updated since 2011. Would it be safe to install this theme that hasn’t been updated for such a long time? Would this theme affect the performance of Google Chrome (because it hasn’t been updated)?
