why does my HP Win 10 laptop keep restarting with blue screen?

I am trying to fix HP Pavilion x360 hP-15-cr00037wm Windows 10 laptop. when my daughter first reported this to me it had blue screen and it said “what failed: iaStoreAC.sys”, so after googling I tried to download latest Intel RST drivers, which failed to install – halfway it kept restarting. when all failed – I tried factory reset the laptop which also keeps failing to complete – showing same error. earlier she said that every now and then laptop used to make large GHRRRRRRRR sound and then freeze for about 3+ months. after doing this many time at times it starts and all looks good then after 10 seconds or so – it keeps restarting again and again. I do not have recovery disk / bootable USB. what could I do to fix this laptop? thank you in advance.
