Spoof phone number [closed]

I’m asking for help. I don’t know if I’m in the right place for this, but I’ll still try. I want to get into the Facebook account of my uncle who passed away in 2014. He was killed and no investigation was started, so I recently began looking into it myself. I was able to correctly guess the passwords for some of the accounts he used, like Gmail, but I need help getting into his Hotmail account. That is his main email account, but it’s asking for a verification code sent to his phone number. Is there a way to spoof that phone number so I can receive the verification code and access the account?
