I have been following several suggestions for the Windows Store not downloading and installing apps. Windows Store appears in my Start menu and runs without any error. The download stops at 1% every time.
One of the recommended steps to fix it is to click Settings> Apps> Microsoft Store and use the reset feature, but Microsoft Store is not listed.
