AMD APU offered as a BOX and an SBX model – is there a difference?

I’m looking at two offerings of – supposedly – the same AMD APU, the 8700G. One of them says the model is: 100-100001236BOX and the other says that the model is 100-100001236SBX.

Are there actual differences here, or is this some kind of marketing/packaging term? Perhaps one might come without the box, or without a cooler?

Notes:

• I’m not asking which is better, or a better deal, just whether the products are actually different.
• AMD’s own website says that the boxed product ID is 100-100001236SBX.
