Calling on Breadboarders [closed]

What i have.
A MSI x570-A PRO mobo.
Geforce RTX 3060 GPU
Ryzen 7 5800G (built in Raedon graphics as well) just figured have it as backup. They are currently off.
Besides CPU fan i have two other single case fans in back and top for draw and exhaust.
Rog Strix 750w PSU.
A friend gave me a NXZT Kraken 360 AiO cooler he had bought but decided he did not want it. After we installed it on startup we had no power indicator light on front of case. All fans started, lights and everything. From there lost power to keyboard, mouse, signal to monitor. No post, nothing. But will stay in on state until shut down with front case button. Still works, just no light. Now throws up the CPU error light.
PSU is good, checked output with multimeter ( likely to upgrade to a 800 or 1000 anyways in near future )
We pulled everything, went completely back to original set up. Same issues. In between when mobo was blank tried a breadboard test. Same issues. Is it possible that it killed CPU or mobo? All static free work, all connections solid. Power should be sufficient by plenty. Any way to test this out more? Other than swapping boards and CPU combinations? I don’t have access extras of those things without buying them or shipping them to my friend 4 states away. Someone said it could drivers or bios update. Well how can you update them without access. Also not sure where to attach a direct speaker to analyze error beeps on the board. Any insight is appreciated. Been working with it for 3 days now. Have a new CPU Ryzen 7 5800x3d on the way as of this morning. But would gladly return it if i can keep what i have for now. Thank you.
