So im having this issues with two pcs with different hardware on my pcs across the house from each other we both have this same issue where we experience dpc latency and frame stutters that make it worse.
But it seems that the dpc latency is stable, the only time our pcs dont feel heavy to move especially in video games being caused by the dpc latency is when we disable the monitors from device manager in output and input, and when we do a cold boot and disable all start up apps and update our chipset and bios, it feels especially crisp after a cold boot only for 45 seconds max after quickly booting up a game and playing, then we feel the stutter and dpc latency/delay comes back and it stays like that.
Things ive tried:
Cyberpower ups for clean power.
Reinstalling windows/factory reset.
Optimize nvidia control panel settings, and windows settings.
