How to completely remove Outlook and any associated files or other information from an iPhone 14 running iOS 18.1.1? [closed]

I am trying to delete Outlook, other O365 Apps and all related information from an iPhone 14, running iOS 18.1.1.

I have deleted accounts, deleted the application, deleted access to the device in the cloud, rebooted the phone, downloaded the application anew, and still, it remembers the old account.

Where else, within the iPhone can I delete material?
