How to get MS Access Database to assume 2-digit years are in the 1900s

A voluntary organization that I work with has a database to keep track of our clients who are mainly elderly.

In that database is a form to record new clients which contains a field for ‘Date of Birth’. However, unless you put the year in as YYYY, it will default to 20yyy. Is there any way to get it to default to 19yy?

Seems like it should be a simple tweak, but I can’t find it anywhere.
