I am on windows 10, using word text editor. This has been a problem for a while and I have grown sick of it, so I am finally deciding to try and fix it.
When on the top line and pressing up arrow, I would expect the cursor to go to the beginning of the document instead of doing nothing. When on the last line and pressing down arrow, I would expect the cursor to go to the end of the document instead of doing nothing.
It does not do either of these actions. What setting can I change or software do I need to install to fix this? (For example, it works here on this website!)
