How to open new tabs after both pinned tabs and tab groups in Firefox?

I want Firefox to open new tabs after tab groups and pinned tabs.

When I have no tabs outside of tab groups open, when I open a new tab through opening a link in another application, when the tab opens, it gets placed after the pinned tab, and not after the tab groups like when pressing Ctrl-T.

What settings do I need to change to always open new tabs after tab groups?
