MacOs Terminal Var log files and others [closed]

There is an item inside var called folders. Inside folders there are two items k3 and zz. Inside k3 there’s an item named nkmgqr8x0p32bghm54rfm20m0000gn
Google says no results found when I search for it. I am curious to know if it belongs in my system. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
