Magento Cybersource paypal express not redirecting payment gateway page

I am using cybersource payment gateway plugin, configured paypal express checkout and enabled.
Getting error we can’t process express checkout and it’s not redirecting to payment page. I am getting request data but not getting response in this function($response = $this->_api->sessionService($request);). Log error is unauthorized authentication. Please give me solution.
