PCI slot full to low-profile card adapter [closed]

I brought home a full size pci graphics card from work (K2200) but my desktop computer at home is low profile so I need a way to make it fit. I’ve included an image of some options I’m considering but have some questions. For now I won’t ask about option 0.

Adapter #1 has slanted traces on the circuit board shifting the card toward the back(?) of the case which makes me think my card will not fit. #2 does the same thing. It seems like the traces should slant the other way to ensure the back of the card fits inside the case. Am I wrong?

Adapter #2 is made by Apple but it looks like it will work for a PCI card. Is that correct?

Adapter #3 looks nice but will the relatively low number of wires connecting the two circuit boards slow down the performance of my graphics card?

Adapter #4 is perhaps the simplest and most flexible 😉 but leaves the card loose and flopping around unless I add hardware to hold it in place. Is that important to do?

Adapter #5 connects to a PCIe slot but I’m unclear on whether that will slow down the performance of my graphics card or not. Will it?

If nobody offers a suggestion I guess I’ll get my hacksaw from the garage and go with option 0!

Thanks!
