I reinstall windows 10 on my laptop after wiped everything.
All keyboard functions normally until I press shift + numbers they are not showing the character (except 5 and 6) and not capitalized Z X C V M (left shift), Q W E R U I O P (right shift)
Google said to change and match the language, time etc to where I from and none are working.
Deleted the driver but the driver somehow still there after reboot.
Tried installing a new driver anyway (I got it from the HP page) but the old driver still there.
I don’t know if it matters but my laptop is HP 14s dk0024au, OS Windows 10 home single language 22H2, keyboard driver Microsoft 2006 10.0.194041.1, language keyboard time all to United States.
