I have a wireless microscope that broadcasts a WiFi signal, and I would like to view that output on a TV screen.
The smart TV connects to the WiFi signal:
but I haven’t been able to access the video stream. The TV is a Hisense with Opera OS and with very limited apps.
Later, experimenting on a connected smartphone, I used a port scanner that reports:
Scan of 192.168.34.1 done.1 port open. Port 8080 OPEN : Alternate HTTP.
so I was hoping to access the stream with an IP address:port/folder in a browser or VLC as I’ve done with other cameras.
Normally, a smartphone connects to this WiFi broadcast and has an app, WiFi Check
, to view the stream.
It would be so great to have this on a bigger display.
Thanks
