What is an efficient (bandwidth and time wise) way to add additional rpms to a CentOS7 minimal image based VM?

Looking for suggestions on an efficient way to add couple of more RPMs that are otherwise available on the CentOS ‘Everything’ image, since I need to do it on several nodes (5) and my internet connectivity at home (for the homelab) isn’t stellar.
