What’s a effective way to manage multiple Twitter accounts that works currently?

I have 7 or 8 Twitter accounts for different purposes. I used to use Tweeten and TweetDeck (tweetdeck.twitter.com) to manage them, by which I mean reading the home page, various lists I created, checking and responding to @-ed tweets and messages etc. Now, both apps stopped working. Is it only me? What’s a good way to manage them currently?
