I am in the process of building a PC for a friend, and I have some questions on the RAM/CPU/MB.
So this is what he wants to buy :
CPU: Intel 15-13400F
MB: Asus Prime H610m-k D5 ARGB
Ram: 1×32 GB Corsair Vengeance 5200MT
On Intel’s website, the memory is said to support “Up to DDR5 4800 MT/s”.
So I wonder if with this motherboard we can enable X.M.P to get 5200 that the RAM can provide?
I’m already thinking of changing the RAM from single channel to dual channel, but I’m not sure of the supported speed with this CPU/MB combo.
If not, do I need to change the motherboard or CPU, or both?
