I’m using windows 7, and I’m looking to see if what I’d like to do is possible. Basically, I’d like to change the time decrements between seconds to a period longer than a second. For example, when the time display on my computer changes from 8:01:01 to 8:01:02, I would like this would take 2 seconds to happen in real life time instead of one. In summary, I’d like a computer second to equate to 2 real life seconds. Any app on your computer bases its time on this clock, hence why I’d like to do this.Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you.
