cannot delete folder: the file or directory is corrupted and unreadable

I’ve tried deleting the file via Windows Explorer, it fails without any error message. The del command like del "C:UsersnetoDesktoptestesnewtonnode_modulessnapdragonnode_modulessource-map" returns the error the file or directory is corrupted and unreadable. I’ve solved this before running chkdsk /f C: but this time it didn’t work. Didn’t make any difference. I’ve started in safe mode. Doesn’t work either. How can I delete this file?
