I’ve just dug up my old Samsung Alias 2, and I’d really like to downgrade my smartphone to this 2009 (two-way!) flip phone. Unfortunately, I’ve since learned that Verizon no longer activates such devices, and soon will no longer support them at all. Is there any way (even by replacing some component) to activate this old phone on any network?
