Is there any official recommendation which cpu you need to use for symfony framework?

Hello, as title already says, what cpu clock would you recommend for a website using symfony framework, while having about 7000 concurrent users at the moment and at least as much (or more) requests per second? Are Xeon CPUs with 2.1Ghz clock enough for symfony framework? We have a lot of cores and concurrency is not an issue, but I’m very sceptical about that clock speed and can’t persuade my OPS team that this might be an issue.
