Is there any way to Actually to run programs without ANY admin prompts?

So I’ve been trying to root my phone, I have the image, however I do NOT have administrator permissions on my windows environment and no longer have the email or phone it was attached to. However I did figure out how to bypass the UAC prompt for an app which is regedit. However (again) the technique I use does to bypass apps with regedit does not work with all apps (like Skip UAC, sadly|| I Go into the HKEY_CLASSES_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersionAppCompatFlags and add the ‘Layers’ folder myself, if you don’t see it at first, by the way). I do have some screenshots of the technique I use on regedit. Any help is appreciated, and accepted. (I also have a a tutorial video/gif (because it won’t let me use mp4 ЁЯЩБ ) as well if ya wanna see it, Please and Cheese you (lol), thanks)
