Remap a single letter key, to trigger 2 letter keys. (PC)

I want to map pressing “E” trigger 2 other standard keys simultaneously (e.g. “G” & “T”)

Everything I can find so far, can either do 1-to-1 remaps of any key, or can do remapping of chords … but only if parts of the chords are “special” keys (Ctrl, Alt, etc.)

How can I do this?

Context:
I’m running on a Windows PC, and want a single key to trigger a Steam game action that’s uneditably bound to a chord.
