https://superuser.com/a/1794762 failed to solve this problem. As you can see below, I turned off “Use the Print screen key to open screen capture”. But whenever I push the “Print screen” key on my keyboard, it fails to screen capture. Rather, it still spawns the Snipping Tool! I use Windows 11.

Is there a way of customising (ie removing/moving/renaming) Windows 11 new Start menu Folders ? Preferably without third party products or picking at the registry. For example, move Access to somewhere else as I don’t use it – to somewhere else and replace it with something else.
